Andy Jones

Andy is developing new instrumentation to combine multi-dimensional spectroscopy measurements with high-spatial resolution atomic force microscopy characterization methods.

Andy received his B.S. in physics in 2005 from Michigan State University, and received his Ph.D. from the University of Washington in 2012.   In Seattle, he worked in the lab of Markus Raschke performing nano-scale imaging and spectroscopy of plasmonic systems, thermally induced near-fields, and complex oxides.
